1993
Our journey in the Indian recruitment sector commenced in 1993 with New Era India Pvt Ltd offering services in general recruitment.
2000
We realized it was time to move ahead. So, we ventured into Tech Hiring and established our first branch in Bangalore.
2006
With achieving immense success in tech hiring, we started providing Leadership Recruitment services.
2014
The company was then finally acquired by en Japan & began operations under the prestigious en Group.
2019
In order to expand and grow in the sector, en Japan made investments in FFI-IT staffing firm in Chennai.
2022
We are now a topmost recruitment service provider in India with clients including Amazon, Microsoft, Airtel, Hitachi and many more MNCs.
